Hello! First, I am a child of God! Secondly, I am a wife (to Eric) and a mom (to Conners, 3, and Payson, newborn - May 2019). Thirdly, I am a lover of all things PCHS and Alabama. I love watching sports and doing anything with my children. Teaching is my passion. I am a 2002 graduate of Pike Liberal Arts. Upon graduation, I attended Troy State University for one year before transferring to Auburn University to pursue a double bachelors degree in Ag Communications and Animal Science - Muscle Foods tract. After graduating from college, I moved to Chevy Chase, Maryland where I was a program director at the National 4-H Center and a certified DC tour guide. In June of that year, I decided that I needed to move home. I taught one year at FUMC Daycare and Preschool while I decided what God's plan was for me. During that year I returned to school to begin my teacher preparedness classes and began teaching in 2008 at Barbour County Middle School.
